His background includes sales, customer service, project management, and business ownership, complemented by a distinguished military career. He retired in 2020 at the rank of Major after serving in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve for over 35 years.
Since 1991, Brad and his wife Cheryl have lived in Columbiana County, Ohio, where they raised their three sons. The family now includes 2 granddaughters, and Brad remains actively involved in the Salem Wesleyan Methodist Church.
